SHIPPING & Returns

DELIVERY

Delivery within Greece is complimentary on every order. We ship with Speedex, and your order arrives in 2 to 4 business days.

International orders are delivered by DHL in 3 to 8 business days, and delivery is complimentary on orders over €450. Local duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We ship to all countries in the European Union, as well as the United Kingdom, Norway, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the UAE, Bahrain and Israel. If your country isn't listed, write to us at info@woera.co and we'll find a way to get your order to you.

Orders are prepared in Athens Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to leave us, and a little longer during sale periods. Once it ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from delivery to return your purchase. To start a return, simply email us at info@woera.co.

Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags and packaging. Your return needs to be sent back within those 14 days, and getting in touch during that time doesn't extend the window.

Return shipping is at your own cost, as we don't provide return labels or refund shipping fees. Please keep your proof of postage, since the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged, or that arrive after the 14 days, can't be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost.

Final sale pieces, including archive and sample sale items, are marked as such on their product page and cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer exchanges at the moment. Simply return the original piece for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you'd like.

REFUNDS

Once your return reaches us, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation by email. Your bank may need a few extra days to process it. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
