SHIPPING

We currently offer delivery to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, UAE, Bahrain, Israel and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, SLOVENIA, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom.

In case your country of preference is not mentioned on the list above, kindly email us at info@woera.co for custom shipping options available.

All international orders are delivered by FedEx or DHL express service. You will receive your purchase in 2-8 business days after the order has been processed.

All domestic orders are handled by SPEEDEX. You will receive your purchase in 1-3 business days after the order has been processed.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6pm. Please allow us up to 48 hours to process your order.

Please note that during sales periods, shipping times may experience slight delays due to increased order volumes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

All shipping costs for any order over 400 EUR are free of charge.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

RETURNS

Please contact us at info@woera.co to start your return process.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date

  • Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition

  • Be returned with original tags and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels or refund shipping fees.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Kindly be aware that Final Sale items, including those from archive sales and sample sales, are non-returnable. A prominent note is displayed atop each item indicating its ineligibility for return; please note that it is the customer's responsibility to carefully review these notices, and we cannot be held responsible for oversights in this regard.

EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however, we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.

REFUNDS

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. 

Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
