WOERA began in Athens in 2019 with a single idea: the man-tailored shirt, reclaimed. The name is a fusion of “women’s era” – a woman taking a garment that was never designed for her and making it entirely her own.

The first collection was shirts and only shirts. Classic fabrics and patterns, cut with intention to sit properly on a woman’s frame and to last for years, not seasons. In the time since, the range grew to include resort pieces and co-ords, some of which we remain proud of. But the shirt was always the point.

So this is where we return. The shirt first and everything else designed from it. Each piece is created in Athens and made locally, in natural fabrics only, by the people we have worked with since the beginning. Fewer things, made properly.
